FAQ's

  • How much will The Lighthouse Membership cost?

It will cost £20 per month. You will be charged monthly on the day you signed up.

  • How do I get into the private instagram?

When you sign up for The Lighthouse Membership, you will enter your instagram handle on the registration form. After signing up, you will request access to Instagram and will be accepted within 24 hours, once payment has been received.

  • What if I can’t make one of the sessions?

The masterclasses and live Q&A will be recorded. You will have access to the recordings for that month.

  • What if I want to cancel my membership?

Your membership can be cancelled at any time, however there are no refunds. Your account will remain active until your monthly membership expires.

  • How will you approve my private instagram request?

When you sign up for The Lighthouse membership, use your Instagram handle as your username. This will be used to approve your request. Alternatively, you can send us an email confirming both your username and Instagram handle.

  • I don’t live in the UK but want to join. Can I?

Of course! The Lighthouse Membership is open INTERNATIONALLY! Whatever your time zone, you will have access to the Masterclass and Live Q&A for the month.

  • When does the membership start and finish?

Your membership will begin immediately after registration and once payment is received. Membership is ongoing until payment is stopped. The Lighthouse Membership is an investment that will enhance personal growth, positive well-being and strengthen community networks.
